About Our Application


Application fee: $40.00

Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.


Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. In addition to this rental application, you will be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.


Please be advised applications are run on a first come first served basis. For acceptance applicants must meet our minimum criteria;

  1. Applicants must have a credit score of 650 or higher

  2. Earn verifiable gross income of at least three times rent

  3. Applicant must not have multiple credit accounts in collections or have a collections account with a balance greater than $2,000.00

Upon acceptance, applicant will be given 48 hours to place a holding deposit down on the apartment. If holding deposit is not paid within 48 hours landlord reserves the right to move on to the next application in line.


For purposes of this application landlord will require a standard credit, criminal, landlord reference and employment reference for general credit and registry screening. . Applicant will be required to provide all necessary information on standard credit check along with rental references from 2 previous landlords and an employment reference from their current employer. If applicant is not employed applicant may be required to show proof of ability to afford apartment through other means like bank statements. Official identification is also required.
